SPA ETIQUETTE


We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to change and relax prior to treatment. Please give us at least one full working day's notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule, otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the treatment. We would like you to think of Imar Spa as your own private space. Therefore please keep your mobile phone switched off during your spa visit. Thank you.

CONSULTATIONS – If you are a first time client at IMAR SPA we will carry out a complimentary consultation to determine the best treatment for your individual needs. Imar Spa’s aim is to offer the very best service possible. Therefore your suggestions and comments are welcome.
