The following are the Terms and Conditions pertaining to Imar Spa.
They have been formulated to endure all users rights and privileges
to provide a safe and pleasant atmosphere.
OBJECTIVES
To provide and make available to members and guests of the Imar Spa,
professional fitness, health and recreational facilities in a
peaceful environment.
ARRIVAL
We suggest you arrive 15minutes prior to your scheduled time in
order to fully relax and enjoy some light refreshments before your
appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do
so no less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit. |

ALL GUESTS
Each treatment will be preceded by a brief consultation by your
therapist to ascertain full individual requirements obtain the
maximum benefit from your treatment on the day. This brief chat is
included in your treatment allocation time.
ATTIRE
It is necessary that underwear are worn for all
body treatments. For some treatments we provide
disposable underwear. During your treatment you
are draped with a towel to ensure privacy and
a robe and slippers will be provided where appropriate.
For the Wet Experience room a swimming costume
is required.
COMFORT AND SAFETY
In leaping with firm commitment to your comfort,
safety, cleanliness and hygiene, we use only thoroughly
sterilized or disposable and sanitized equipment
for all treatments and we maintain a smoke- free,
mobile phone free environment.
BELONGINGS
Whilst we endeavor to look after your belongings
we take no responsibility for loss or damage.
It is advisable to leave expensive items at home.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
RETURNS POLICY
Merchandise may be returned for a spa credit if
faulty, provided it is within 10 days of purchase
and accompanied with a receipt. Products must
be unused and sensitivity to any product cannot
be accepted as a valid reason of return.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All treatments require a minimum of 6 hrs cancellation time. Day Spa
Programmes require a minimum of 24hrs cancellation time. Failure to
do so will result in a minimum of 100% of the cost of the
treatment(s). This will be charged at the time of cancellation by
credit card transaction or added at the time of your next
appointment
COURSES
Our General Maintenance course for our regular guests is strictly
valid for three months.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available for any amount and for all
treatments.These vouchers are strictly valid for 6 months from the
date of purchase. Vouchers are not refundable, however they can be
resigned to different treatments subject to authorization by the spa
manager.
