Cancellation: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge. Any cancellation made after this time or for non-arrivals will be charged at the first night's accommodation price.

Additionally, food for detox programmes that are ordered outside “special inclusive package prices”, will be charged at dhs.300 per day, if cancelled outside of the 48 hours notice period.

Your room will be available from 12:00pm. However, you are very welcome to arrive from noon onwards to use the facilities in the spa.

If you require a driver to collect you from the airport or station we can arrange this for an additional charge. Please contact us at least four days prior to your arrival so we can arrange this.

As a guest at Imar Spa you have full access to the facilities of the Spa
which is reached from the Hotel. A range of over sixty treatments is
available, however due to the popularity of the spa, treatments spaces do
fill very quickly so we recommend that you make any reservations for
treatments as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability.
