Cancellation: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge. Any cancellation made after this time or for non-arrivals will be charged at the first night's accommodation price.

The guest rooms will be available form 12:00pm. However, you can arrive from 9:00am onwards to use the facilities in the spa and use the spa the following day.
