Colonic Hydrotherapy
A safe effective treatment which cleanses the bowel of toxins and waste products by repeated gentle flushing of water through the bowel. Colonics are designed to eliminate the pain and discomfort of complaints such as constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, crone’s disease, bloating or simply to cleanes the colon and body. Colonics may be used as part of a detox program or on their own to simply improve general well being and to aid weight loss.

Detoxification Programmes
A specially designed “ Detox” and eating program tailored to the individual needs and lifestyle of each client. The program is designed to cleanse the body through eliminating toxic foods. This has the effect of significantly reducing body fat, cellulite, bloating and water retention. The program incorporates the additional possibilities that may be achieved through body brushing, liver cleansing and light exercise.

Weight Management/Dietary Advice
A specially designed programme based upon individual client needs and according to their own personal requirements. The programme includes: sound nutritional advice embracing “ low fat” eating, the correct intake of vitamins, minerals and calories, and healthy eating possibilities.

Home visits and accompanied supermarket shopping is available. This service is designed to educate clients upon the best nutritional products and portion size to purchase in order that weight management and dietary goals are achieved.
